LAJventures was birthed out of a passion for people and a heart to give. With 25 plus years in serving others, a Business Management Degree, an additional three certifications in various studies, inclusive of being an E-student at Harvard University concentrating in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, and Justice/Law...These milestones are accomplishments that have allowed me to give back through my career. I have overcome great challenges, as I know what it’s like to need help overcoming “Life Mountains.” (Huge places in life of being stuck between a rock and another hard place.) At LAJventures, we understand the most important commodity one can possess and forward to others, is time. Using our gifts, talents, experience, and education in excellence to benefit an employee, company, or person in need, is how LAJventures fulfills its purpose in a world where good help is sometimes difficult to find... For I have learned that somewhere over a rainbow, God will meet your dreams there, bringing silver linings to make your dark skies brighter.

I am a Consultant, as well as an Operation’s Expert, offering C-level Executive expertise, inclusive of C.I.O (Chief Informational Officer) responsibilities. Chief Informational Officer is a C-suite Executive title, given to the Corporate Leader in charge of information technology initiatives and strategy. The C.I.O. oversees the computer systems required to support the organization's unique objectives and goals. In addition to overseeing the hardware, software and data that help other members of the C-suite staff to do their jobs effectively. The Operations Expert with C.I.O. responsibilities, must research new technologies, strategize how technology can provide business value and address the risks associated with digital information as well as make all final decisions on new and existing products and services. This Leadership role has extensive micro-managing and supervisory decision-making tasks on a day-to-day basis. My in depth knowledge as a Corporate Leader and Computer Science Professional lies in the industries of : Law, Medical, Technology, Finance, Non-Profit, Politics, Education, Publishing, Entertainment (inclusive of Cosmetic & Fashion) and the General Corporate arena. (I cater and care for big companies.) Through analysis, problem-solving, and resolve, I extend my advanced skillset as a professional to corporations by logistically recalibrating, revamping, and/or rebranding for growth, increased productivity, revenue, and popularity. By very strategic, detail-oriented, and micro-managing methodology, a beautiful engine to your company has been rebuilt, running ever so smoothly.

THE CANAAN CENTER
The Canaan Center Mentoring Program is an International Program catered to youth and young adults between 8 - 21 years of age.
The Program is based on or according to the passions, gifts, talents, and education of the client. S/he will be matched with a Mentor who shares these ideals, and the Mentor will pour life into the individual and/or professional through their common interests.

The Mentor (who can be 8 years of age and older) will aid and assist in the growth of the Mentee and maintain the ongoing upward spiral effect of the program. “We will help each young person to stand, preventing life 'falls'... so thus, they will never fail".
