LAJventures was birthed out of a passion for people and a heart to give. With 25 plus years in serving others as a corporate problem solver and Operations Expert, a Business Management degree, and an additional three certifications in various studies... Inclusive of being a Mentor and Motivational Speaker...These milestones are accomplishments that have allowed me to give back through my career. I have overcome great challenges, as I know what it’s like to need help overcoming “Life Mountains.” (Huge places in life of being stuck between a rock and another hard place.) At LAJventures, we understand the most important commodity one can possess and forward to others, is time. Using our gifts, talents, experience, and education in excellence to benefit an employee, company, or person in need, is how LAJventures fulfills its purpose in a world where good help is sometimes difficult to find... For I have learned that somewhere over a rainbow, God will meet your dreams there, bringing silver linings to make your dark skies brighter.

WHAT WE DO
I am a Consultant, as well as an Operation’s Expert, offering senior administrative executive expertise, with management responsibilities. My leadership role consists of extensive micro-managing and supervisory decision-making tasks on a day-to-day basis. I have worked as a corporate leader in the industries of Law, Medical, Finance, Non-Profit, Publishing, Entertainment (inclusive of Cosmetic & Fashion) and the general corporate arena. (I cater and care for big and small companies.) Through analysis, problem-solving, and resolve, I extend my advanced skill set as a professional to corporations by logistically recalibrating, revamping, and/or rebranding for growth, increased productivity, revenue, and popularity. By very strategic, detail-oriented, and micro-managing methodology, a beautiful engine to your company has been rebuilt, running ever so smoothly.
I treat everyone’s business, everyone’s money, everyone’s professional “baby", like my own.

LAJventures Corp is a beautiful Consulting and Management Firm with People Services. We offer an array of assorted services in assisting the everyday professional, the largest corporations, or the person with fundamental or complex problems that need an immediate resolve, whether it is on a personal or corporate level.

PLEASE NOTE: All donations will go toward LAJventures Corp Mentorship Program (The Canaan Center), and our Companion Services. Demographics are between 8 years of age to 80. Feel free to contact us for more information.
